A New Face of Iraq Infrastructure

After the invasion of Iraq in 2003 by American and British forces, everything was destroyed and demolished.of course, the sale and purchase of property that is the real estate business was also ruined. So, property management in Iraq was one of the biggest concerns.

Iraq has a rich history and has many historical achievements in its account. It has the earliest known writing system, important developments in irrigation and agriculture. Iraq has the first seed plow, too. Scientifically: division of circle in 360 degrees and formation of longitude and latitude in geographical navigation, algebraic equation and invention of zero also falls in the lap of IRAQ.

Mesopotamia that is land between rivers (Tigris and Euphrates) was the ancient name of Iraq. The modern state of Iraq came into existence in 1920 as MANDATORY IRAQ.

Iraq has two rivers flowing in it: namely TIGRIS AND EUPHRATES. They played a major role in the beginning of civilization of Iraq. These two rivers flooded occasionally, and left behind the fertile soil on which the farmers were able to cultivate crops in abundance. And that was the fruit of these cultivations that the civilization, government and religion flourished.

Saddam Hussein Abd al-Majid al-tikriti took the throne of Iraq as its fifth president. He ruled over Iraq for about 24 years. Iraq faced many transformations during his era.

Saddam was intelligent, a daydreamer. He was an organized planner. He had extraordinary will power, amazing focus, and humble background.

He had great visions for the future. He wanted to take Iraq to the 20th century. As most people were against him and would create difficulty for him in doing so, he was ready to eliminate 50 percent of the population for this purpose.

Property Management

Saddam was a poor, had to steal food so that his family could eat. But he was determined. He was illiterate till the age of 10.but when he heard that his cousin is gaining education, he demanded the same for himself.

Then comes the attack

After the terrorist stacks in the United States, America was trying to attack different Muslim countries as they were thinking that these attacks were done by the efforts of Muslims. As Saddam had repeatedly violated 16 UN Security Council resolutions, the then president of United States, George W. Bush gave an idea to attack Iraq as he thought that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction without the consent of the UN.

So, in March 2003, United States along with United Kingdom, with all the military assistance, attacked Iraq.

A New Face of Iraq

Due to the American and British invasion in Iraq in 2003, the whole state of Iraq was demolished. In 2011, the US troops left Iraq. Iraq is still in a state of civil war. Property management is the need of the hour. The state must be built to the previous standards to fulfill the real estate business needs.

As Iraqis our returning to their normal life is necessary. Essential infrastructure including schools, hospitals and houses should be reconstructed. Harlow international is there if any help is needed in this regard. Let’s just change the face of our beloved country and make it better for our children. We need to think about it.
